These terms cover your use of this website and its forms. Use of the BuildTrack platform itself is governed by the customer agreement each organisation accepts at onboarding.

Information on this site

The site describes BuildTrack as it is today. Figures marked as estimates or examples are worked illustrations, not results we promise you. Features described as coming are not yet available. Pricing and the terms of founding membership are quoted to you directly and may change until they are agreed in writing.

Enquiries

When you send a form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or message. You confirm the details you give are yours or that you are authorised to give them.

Acceptable use

Do not send forms by automated means, probe the site or the platform for weaknesses, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may block traffic that does.

Intellectual property

BuildTrack, the EME Method and the content of this site belong to their owners. You may read and share links to the pages; you may not copy the site's content for a competing product.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
